Bookkeeper/Office Administrator needed for growing, entrepreneurial firm located in NYC . This is a temporary to permanent opportunity that will grow as the company continues to. In this role, you will be responsible for the accounting for multiple sets of books, as well as, the owner's personal expenses. Responsibilities will include accounts payables, revenue collections, assistance with many ad hoc projects and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with an accounting background but will be more than willing to take on an office/administrative tasks in order to contribute to the overall success of the firm. Experience in QuickBooks is a must. Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00-$26.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
