Innovative, start-up company is currently looking for a bright, organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team!! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO and others members of the executive team by providing comprehensive administrative assistance in the form of acting as a knowledgeable resource on behalf of the executives; arranging complex travel logistics; coordinating events, logistics and meeting agendas; completing calendar scheduling; setting up new office space; building relationships and negotiating with vendors; and completing special projects, as needed and requested. The qualified Executive Assistant/Office Manager is intelligent, proactive, mature and trustworthy; has strong technical, communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills; and a flexible work-ethic.
