Description:  

Technology & Software firm that provides services to the Financial Services industry seeks to hire a Temp to Perm Senior HR Generalist for their firm. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of hands on Generalist experience specializing in immigration and international employment law.



Responsibilities:
-Coordinate on-boarding and new hire orientation
-Maintain primary responsibility for HR Data Analysis, trend identification, data input and data integrity
-Work closely with immigration counsel to manage immigration processes, status changes cases, etc
-Maintain and update contractual documents working closely with legal counsel teams for US & Canada
-Manage termination and exit interview processes
-Maintain 401K plan and maintenance and updates, I-9 processes and EEO reporting
-Guide, manage, and administer annual enrollment process for all benefits, including but not limited to Family Medical Leave, Short and long term disability, Life insurance and 401K
-Research and lead medical benefit carrier's changes as necessary (Flexible Spending Plans, Retirement Savings, and insurance plan providers)
-Act as a key driver of internal employee communication vehicles such as newsletters, intranet updates, liaison with internal employees
-Manage sensitive employee relations issues
-Effectively drive the Performance Management Process
-Play a key leadership role in all aspects of HR software process
-Back-up support to key HR positions globally
-Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned


Requirements:
-5 to 7 years of hands on generalist experience
-BA/BS or advanced degree in Human Resources/Related field
-PHR/SPHR valid membership and certification
-Advanced knowledge of HR policies/procedures, governmental regulations, relevant state and federal laws affecting employees and contractors
-Strong, polished presentation and interpersonal skills
-Good written, verbal and handwriting skills
-Organized with efficient time management skills
-Customer service focus; ability to prioritize work
-Results oriented and accountable
-Great research abilities
-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong computer skills specifically within the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Knowledge of HR software - ADP HRB Software, ADP FSA, Shareportal, Successfactors


Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility for OT as needed


Salary:
Hourly and salary are commiserate with experience.
