Our client, a boutique Midtown law firm, is conducting a search for a legal secretary/receptionist to join their transactional practice.
The ideal legal secretary will have at least two years of experience in a law firm (required), superior communication and organizational skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and be able to type at least 65 WPM.
This position will be providing administrative support to the Partners of the law firm, with responsibilities that include serving as the receptionist, document production, filing, maintaining a nice office setting, and general clerical duties as assigned by attorneys and the firm administrator.
We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills - someone who can thrive in an office setting with a positive and upbeat attitude and can interact with high profile clients with ease!
This is a very friendly work environment with perks such as great benefits and free parking. Salary is based upon experience but is in the low to mid $40s.
