Top tier AmLaw firm seeks experienced patent litigator for thriving practice across the country, to be based in Houston, Texas. This attorney will be a key member of the trial team in matters before the USPTO, International Trade Commission, and state and federal courts in significant matters for the most distinguished global technology companies
- Complex research and drafting
- Patent counseling and litigation involving electrical engineering and computer science communication
- Due diligence analysis of agreements, data room information and descriptions
- Work closely with partners and clients on various daily legal needs
Strong IP litigation background, Texas Bar, and excellent academics required. USPTO registration a plus. Relocation provided.
