An AV-rated litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Scheduler for its Miami office. Candidate must have prior or current experience in scheduling Depositions and Hearings. Please DO NOT submit a resume without this experience.
Candidates must have knowledge of court procedures, courtMAP, E-Courtesy and E-filing via E-Portal. Candidates must have at least 2 years' experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and be well organized. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure is a must. Candidates with ATO (formerly Client Profiles)/iManage given preference.
Please note that this is an in-office role.
