Position Summary:
Beacon Hill is seeking a New Businss Coordinator to join a dynamic team at a Fortune 500 Company. This is a Hybrid role that offers flexibility and many opportunities for growth.
The New Business Coordinator role primarily focuses on evaluating, researching, and resolving incoming requirements while ensuring their prompt processing. Additionally, this role involves facilitating underwriting and administrative correspondence.
Responsibilities:
1. Record Receipt of Underwriting and Administrative Correspondence:
- Accurately record the receipt of underwriting and administrative correspondence in the production system (Vista).
- Verify and match incoming information to the correct client by cross-referencing details such as date of birth and social security number.
2. Process Incoming Applications and Documents:
- Timely and accurately process incoming applications and documents to ensure efficient workflow.
3. Manage Client Communication for Cancelled Files and Lab Requests:
- Utilize standardized templates to process client communication related to cancelled files and lab requests.
- Ensure correct client information is entered, including name, address, and relevant details from the client file.
4. Perform Related Activities and Self-Development:
- Undertake any other related tasks and activities as directed by supervisors.
- Continuously invest in personal self-development to prepare for new responsibilities and challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Required Skills:
- Data Entry
- Excel proficiency
- Ability to navigate multiple systems
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Accurint
- Familiarity with Salesforce
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
