As a Food Scientist, you will leverage your expertise in food application science to drive the development and optimization of our product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights into actionable product innovations, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize food formulations using application science principles, focusing on flavor, texture, and nutritional value.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to gather feedback and refine product formulations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to ensure product development aligns with consumer trends and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct shelf-life and stability studies to assess product performance and safety under various conditions.
• Implement process improvements and troubleshoot production challenges related to formulation and processing.
• Stay current with advancements in food science, ingredient functionality, and industry best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and reports for regulatory submissions and product specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in food product development, with a focus on application science.
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing techniques.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
