Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Senior BD Manager for a major law firm's Manhattan office. This is a hybrid role with a salary ranging from $160,000-$220,000.

This person must have at least 4 years of LAW FIRM business development experience. Other applicants will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Craft and implement comprehensive business development plans and budgets tailored to the Litigation practice group. Partner with attorneys to align goals and strategies.

• Business Development: Uncover and develop new business opportunities by staying ahead of client needs, industry trends, and litigation alerts. Manage RFP responses, create impactful presentations and pitches, and support cross-selling initiatives.

• Marketing Communications: Design and execute multi-channel strategies to enhance the profile of the practice and key attorneys. Secure speaking engagements, sponsorships, and writing opportunities. Oversee content marketing, including client communications, website, blog, and digital media.

• Research & Knowledge Management: Conduct in-depth research on new business targets, industry trends, and competitors. Maintain high-quality practice materials, experience lists, and marketing resources.

• Directory Submissions: Collaborate with attorneys to develop compelling and strategic award submissions.

Experience:

• 4+ years of LAW FIRM business development experience
