Law firm in Charlotte looking for a Legal Assistant. Regular business hours, Monday-Friday. $40-50k DOE. Temp to perm.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phones
- Managing calendars
- Fielding messages
- Gatekeeper for attorneys
- Work with clients as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a law firm and paralegal certification
- Understand legal terminology
- Driven and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
