Our client, a registered investment advisor, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 8am - 5pm (flex for OT) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with and initiate new hire documentation; schedule training
• Maintain internal controls in order to detect violations of company policies/procedures
• Liaise with new hires to ensure that all Compliance onboarding requirements are completed prior to their start date
• Manage broker statements feeds for all US employees
• Ensure that all Code of Ethics and other related certifications are completed in a timely manner
• Provide administrative and project support to the Compliance team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of administration/operations experience supporting a legal/compliance team
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Ability to work independently and leverage time management
• Organized and capable of prioritizing
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $100K - $110K base depending on experience + bonus
