Our client, an investment consultant, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director on their Stamford, CT team. The hours are 9-5pm/9-5:30pm (accessible after hours for urgent matters) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high level administrative support to a Managing Director and serve as a thought partner
• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meeting schedule
• Book international and domestic travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
• Process and submit expenses in a timely fashion
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-10+ years EA experience, preferably in financial or professional services
• Highly organized and diligent professional with keen attention to detail
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills; capable of handling confidential information with discretion

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $110K base depending on experience + bonus
