Our client, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Membership & Events Assistant to support their membership and events team as they ramp up for their annual convention!
About You:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Products (especially Excel).
- Experience using a membership database or CRM.
- QuickBooks/bookkeeping experience is preferred.
- Ability to be 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location.
The Job:
- Assist with preparations for the annual convention.
- Input and update registrations; maintain and compile vendor records in database.
- Prepare mass emailings and assist with communications.
- Book travel for members; prepare and record weekly deposits.
- Manage inbox and phone line for membership convention questions.
