Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Investor Relations Associate to join their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30/6pm and this position is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support throughout the investor relations process
- Update and maintain the internal CRM
- Create and maintain marketing materials
- Manage busy calendars and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Degree required
- 2+ years experience in financial services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and experience working with a CRM database
- Ability to handle highly sensitive materials in a confidential manner
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $125K base depending on experience + bonus
- Medical, dental, and vision plans 80% covered by employer
- 15 days' vacation, sick days, and standard holidays
