This Insurance firm is looking for a Customer Service Representative, who will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and expanding a volume of professional liability business. The firm is looking for a detail-oriented team player with a familiarity with the insurance environment.
The role:
Responsible for evaluating exposures, coverages, and marketing client accounts to insurance carriers
Manage customer inquiries through phone and email
Assist with processing invoicing, checking policy coverages, and making premium rating calculations
Selling new products to existing clients and monitoring client renewals
Update database with accurate client information
You:
2+ years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred
Property and Casualty License strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with AMS360 Insurance Software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
