Our client, a recognized leader in real estate services, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Facilities Project Manager to support their team in Arlington, VA!
About You:
- 5+ years of large-scale project management experience in building mechanical maintenance operations.
- Active trade credentials (IFMA, AFE, BOMI, or equivalent).
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or facilities management is preferred.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems, OSHA codes, and other relevant safety and building codes
- Experience handling commercial level critical facilities such as HVAC, HAZMAT, mechanical, plumbing, etc.
- Ability to be 100% on-site in Arlington, VA
The Job:
- Interpreting building schematics/plant blueprints and acting accordingly.
- Operate relevant commercial building control software or programs.
- Lead building engineers in operating and maintaining critical building systems.
- Implement relevant safety codes and maintain required standards throughout building.
- Assist with projects/programs and complete additional tasks as needed.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position that pays $45/hr-$52/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $100K-$110K when made permanent.
