Our client, a MedTech company located in Danvers, MA is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis for the next 6 months (+). This role will consist of a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule and is paying up to $30/hour depending on experience. Qualified candidates should apply today for immediate consideration!

Job Description:

• Process replacement and warranty replacement sales orders. Verify pricing and eligibility when needed.
• Process return orders and provide shipping labels and instructions to customers.
• Communicate on order and return status via email and phone calls.
• Sensitive and responsible with confidential information. Able to communicate specific messages based on business needs in reference to backorders, low inventory & recalls.
• Work directly with senior CS team members, finance, field team members, product management, manufacturing, quality and logistics/receiving to resolve order and return issues.
• Open to opportunities to cross-train on different customer service tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• AA required, BS/BA preferred.
• Strong communication skills - verbal & written.
• 2 years of related work experience.
• Work independently and part of a team
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and solve complex problems.
• Organized & able to review & manage data from multiple spreadsheets and systems.
• Proficient in ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite - specifically Outlook & Excel.
