Our client, a warehouse club chain in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Credit Assistant to join their team for the next 8+ weeks. This position comprises a Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 schedule and pays up to $19/hr. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and the Credit email inbox in a professional manner for customer complaints and issues.
* Retrieve documentation and respond to bank inquiries regarding chargebacks.
* Reconciliation of weekly sales to funds received.
* Process Membership refunds, Export sales/ refunds and Gift Card sales paid via credit/ debit via credit processor's software.
* Prepare journal entries in SAP.
Qualifications
- Strong problem solving skills
- Working independently
- Be able to work in multiple systems
- Handling transactional issues and member care inbox
- Some finance experience preferred
