About the Job:

As an Asset Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for executing remarketing activities for various departments of our business, optimizing the value and profitability of assets. Your primary duties will include:

  • Identifying remarketing opportunities in both trader and professional end-user markets.
  • Establishing relationships with potential buyers on a national and international scale.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of our online remarketing portal.
  • Utilizing data management, analytics, and resale statistics to maximize equipment sales potential.
  • Proactively managing inventory levels and aging across the region.
  • Collaborating with asset management, collections, and financial partners on asset sales.
  • Conducting valuations for end-of-lease assets and negotiating terms with lessees.
  • Arranging contracts for resale or refinance and ensuring timely collection of fees.
  • Handling documentation, invoicing, and administration tasks.
  • Organizing logistics for efficient delivery of remarketed assets.
  • Facilitating communication, coordination, and reporting for effective remarketing strategies.

About You: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in remarketing or leasing assets in trader and professional end-user markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales promptly based on asset features and application.
  • Proficiency in data extraction and analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Technical understanding of various assets and their functionalities.
  • Knowledge of legal and financial aspects related to remarketing.
  • Familiarity with distribution concepts and practices.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction internally and externally.
  • Ability to influence, change behaviors, and create positive working relationships.
