Beacon Hill has partnered with a reputable legal firm to find a Senior HR Generalist for their Chicago office. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to drive key initiatives and support a dynamic team of professionals in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities:
- Managing employee relations, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Leading recruitment efforts for non-attorney staff
- Administering FMLA, ADA accommodations, and related policies.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives for professional staff.
- Overseeing policy administration, audits, and compliance updates.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in HR within a professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong understanding of current HR practices, regulations, and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
