Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist (October Seasonal Support)
Location: South Park (Charlotte, NC)
Pay Rate: 20/hour
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:30 AM - 3:30/4:00 PM (October 1 - November 7)
About Us:
Leading real estate and property management firm seeking a part-time receptionist to assist with administrative tasks and seasonal projects during the busy holiday period. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a formal and structured environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the main receptionist, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing front desk operations.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including setting up and cleaning up conference rooms for meetings and lunches.
Play a key role in holiday charity projects by taking inventory of books and gifts, wrapping items, and preparing them for delivery.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times in our buttoned-up, polished office environment.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills - articulate, positive, and professional.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in a formal office setting is preferred.
Must be able to handle light physical tasks (e.g., wrapping gifts, preparing rooms).
