Our client, a healthcare company in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Executive Assistant (Virginia Beach) to provide executive support to the SVP and a 2-3 Directors!
About the Job:
* Handle scheduling and calendars.
* Coordinate meetings, manage itineraries, agendas, and logistics related to meetings.
* Act as a "gatekeeper" and communicate directly and on behalf of the VP with staff and external parties.
* Research requested meetings/vendors before scheduling meetings.
* Prepare deliverables and complete additional tasks as needed.
About You:
* 5+ years of relevant executive assistant experience.
* Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook Pro is required.
* Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Must be proactive, have good problem-solving and research skills, and have a strong sense of the work/what they do.
About the Position:
* $26/hr-$32/hr when temporary.
* $50K-$60K if made permanent, depending on experience.
* Temporary-to-hire position.
* Hours are 8am-5pm.
* On-site 2-3 days/week in Virginia Beach, VA.
