Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 7:30am-5pm and this role is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Sit at reception, welcome guests, answer phones, and manage mail/deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to C-Suite including calendar, travel, and email management
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, cleaning staff, and suppliers
  • Manage internal/external meeting scheduling and conference room availability
  • Coordinate catering and lunch orders
  • Order supplies for the office and pantry; maintain inventory and stock as needed
  • Assist with firm events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Team player with a customer service mindset

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $75-85K base depending on experience
  • Fully covered medical, dental and vision
  • 15 PTO days
