Our client, a successful financial services firm, is seeking a direct hire Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing team. This team is key in both internal communications messaging and external company branding. A passion for marketing is a must!

About You:

• A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role, in Communications or Marketing preferred
• 2+ years of marketing or marketing support experience
• Must have strong organizational skills and a proven ability to multitask
• High degree of attention to detail
• Vibrant communication skills required, both verbal and written
• Ability work independently and take initiative on projects and tasks

The Job:

• Provide administrative and operational support to marketing team by managing the marketing calendar, proofreading and editing content, contributing to team meetings, assisting with projects and preparing materials
• Assist with coordinating and executing all marketing strategies, both internal and external
• Maintain website and produce relevant and creative digital content
• Assist with creation of the monthly newsletter by pitching ideas, drafting articles and designing graphics
• Coordinate client outreach including email blasts and other marketing plans to increase sales
• Oversee social media management
