Accounts Payable Specialist - Boston, MA
We are working with a Law Firm that has an immediate need for Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis, but permanent potential for the right fit. This role reports directly to the controller and ideally onsite 100% of the time in their beautiful downtown Boston office. When up and running will consider work from home days throughtout the week.
Responsibilities:
- Answer vendor inquiries
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Post AP to the GP weekly
- Assist with AP month end
- Assist with 1099 processing
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Aderant Experience nice to have
