Our client, a real estate and property management company, is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing manager to take control of their marketing strategy and execution. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of marketing management experience, has proven industry knowledge, and carries themselves with a sense of urgency, energy, and purpose.

- Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives; planning, coordinating, and executing trade show appearances; overseeing and managing all social media channels; setting marketing goals; developing and executing promotional campaigns; and more.
- The ideal candidate will bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to marketing activities while operating with a high degree of self-sufficiency and can take initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems independently.
