Collections Analyst - Multiple roles!

Our client, a well known local telecommunications company, is seeking a Collections Analyst for a potential contract to full time role. In this Collections Analyst role, you will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager and be a part of a robust team of Collections and Accounts Receivable Specialists. The Collections Specialist role will be responsible for collecting on past due accounts with customers. In this role, job duties will include email/phone follow up to customers trying to collect on outstanding receivables, email/phone follow up with internal resources in sales or billing to help resolve issues impacting collections, updating notes on customer accounts on progress, and participate in team meetings to give updates on accounts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of collections in a Business to Business setting
• Experience working with multiple systems for tracking past due and collections accounts
• Ability to track progress and multitask
• Exposure to systems and solid Excel skills
