We are currently seeking a legal assistant for a our client in the organic food industry. The legal assistant will primarily assist their new AGC with vendor and customer contracts. This is a great opportunity to join a growing in-house legal department. Ideal candidate will have exposure to contracts and fair amount of experience with compliance (FTC, FDA, states, Health,etc). Experience with contracts dealing with wholesale distribution of consumer products is a plus.
