Our client, a financial services firm, is actively seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support their CEO! The ideal candidate has an expert level attention to detail and is confident that they can multitask is a fast-paced environment!

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience providing top-tier administrative support to C-level executives
  • Bachelors degree is required for this position
  • Prior experience working in financial services preferred
  • A high level of discretion when dealing with extremely confidential and sensitive matters and information
  • A dynamic communicator who can build rapport and relationships quickly
  • A self-starter with a proactive work ethic who can anticipate needs
  • Proven ability to adapt and adjust priorities in an everchanging professional environment

The Job:

  • Provide the highest quality of administrative, operational and logistic based support to Partner & CEO, tend to personal assistant responsibilities when needed
  • Create detailed travel arrangements, itineraries and secure lodging
  • Oversee and manage multiple complex calendars, schedule and coordinate all meetings
  • Process expenses and bookkeeping when needed
  • Plan all associated events including banquets, conferences and company-wide events
  • Provide project management-based support to various endeavors related to CEO's foundation
