Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Mid-Career & Senior Firmware Engineer (FPGA Design) to service a Lockheed Martin contract. This is a lonterm W2 Contract which includes Medical Benefits and the opportunity to convert after 6 months.

The successful candidate will have experience with FPGA architecture and design, and troubleshooting and must have a minimum INTERIM Secret Clearance from the DoD.

Difference between a Level 3 and Level 4 Electrical Engineer may be based on the level of education, experience, technical expertise, responsibility, and decision-making required for the position.

Pay Rate:

Level 3 Rate: $42.12 to $56.15 Max
Level 4 Rate: $51.44 to $68.61Max

Duration: 1 year W2 contract to start, (opportunity to convert FTE)

Overtime: Exempt

Must Haves (required):
Working knowledge of digital signal processing.
Extensive VHDL or Verilog firmware programming capability and having applied that knowledge on an FPGA device (Xilinx, Intel, Microsemi).
Having utilized Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, or Microsemi Libero development platforms to successfully build and test an executable hardware implementation of code which they have written.
Use of the Mentor Questa HDL simulator, including UVM verification techniques.
Experience with MATLAB modeling is a plus.
Higher level code development, including Nvidia CUDA, OpenCL, Simulink HDL Coder, and Xilinx System Generator are also a plus.
