Our client, an investment management company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Managing Directors on their Public Policy and Affairs team. Hours are 9am-5:30pm with flexibility for overtime as needed. They are in office 3 to 4 days a week, with the rest work from home, however there must be flexibility to work all 5 days in office as needed. This role is perfect for a high profile Executive Assistant, and someone who can keep up with a fast pace and be accessible 24/7. The ideal candidate has executive presence and experience with C-Suite interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all email and phone communication, including keeping track of all scheduling changes
- Assist with travel coordination, booking and confirming flights and hotels
- Process and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner
- Heavy calendar management, keeping track of all communications as they change
- Other ad hoc EA projects as necessary to support both Directors
Qualifications:
- BS/BA preferred
- Prior experience in a support role in finance or professional services preferred
- 5+ years of EA experience and prior experience interacting with C-level executives
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Experience with Amex Travel and Concur strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits/Perks:
- Up to $95-115K base plus paid overtime and a bonus
