We are partnering with a global environmental services company looking to bring on an experienced business analyst to help support their corporate finance and human resources functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes.
- Work collaboratively with business partners and IT project leaders.
- Develop data into insightful and actionable information to display trends, patterns, and outliers.
- Propose improvements to mitigate or resolve issues.
- Create flowcharts, tables, diagrams, formulas, and prototypes to solve business problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or another relative field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR-centric business analyst role.
- ERP implementation experience (payroll or HR systems is a PLUS).
- Power BI data modeling experience.
