Our client, a privately owned $200-300M engineering consulting company located near Newtown, PA is seeking a highly motivated junior accountant to fill in for a medical leave. This assignment will be approx. 3-6 months with potential for more permanent situation for the right candidate. This is an excellent company experiencing growth and providing career opportunities in an employee friendly environment!
Junior Accountant
$25-30/hour + 1.5 OT
hybrid 2 days a week in the office
location near Newtown, PA in Bucks County, PA
Junior Accountant
Focus:
Daily input of accounts payable invoices (approx. 150-200 daily)
Maintains correct GL coding of invoices and research if questions
Work with department heads to research discrepancies
Assist senior accountant with month end AP accruals for accurate reporting
Special projects in accounting as assigned
Required:
High school diploma
Bachelors degree or courses completed a plus
Netsuite a plus
