Accounting Manager/Controller Opportunity

We are seeking an Accounting Manager/Controller for a growing consumer services company with a location in Elyria. This is a great opportunity to gain managerial experience, grow in your career and work for a company with many growth options. This role is in office with some hybrid opportunity down the role.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting management roles, public accounting experience a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, MBA/CPA a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Prior experience in HVAC Contracting Services accounting and business operations (or similar type industries) a plus
• Experience in managing financial operations: Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory.
• Proficiency with Quick Books a must
• Proficient skills in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to be an effective team leader of large teams with divergent responsibilities and accountabilities
