Billing Specialist
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team! This will be a hybrid working schedule, requesting three days a week onsite in Boston, MA. This role will join the billing team and work closely with 4 other Billing Analysts. You will be responsible for ensuring that client information is consistent across all systems used. This will be an open-ended contract slated to be at least 6 months long.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Monitor client mailbox/action requests
- Assign or create bill groups
- Analyze data to support pricing proposals
- Provide reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Support annual rate review process
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of legal billing experience is a plus
- Excel (pivot tables/lookups) experience
- Aderant experienced preferred but not required!
