Accounts Payable Clerk (Part Time)
Our client, a company specializing in security and investigations, is seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team! This role will be 24-30 hours a week and onsite in Burlington, MA. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for providing direct support to meet the department goals and assist with other ad hoc projects, as determined by the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of voucher packages
- Research, review and input Accounts Payable invoices, vouches, refunds, employee reimbursements, reconcile credit cards and mileage
- Auditing voucher packages
- Processing purchase order transactions
- Submitting electronic payment methods
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience
