Senior Payroll Consultant - REMOTE

We are assisting a non-profit organization in their search for an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to support their transition of the Payroll function in-house. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and a strong background in multi-state payroll, payroll tax reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of ADP WFN for in-house payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with state payroll tax regulations and requirements across multiple states.
• Set up payroll systems and processes to effectively manage payroll operations.
• Provide guidance on payroll tax reporting and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance payroll functions as the role evolves.

Requirements:

• Manager or Director level experience in payroll consulting preferred.
• Proven expertise in multi-state payroll processing and payroll tax compliance.
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) preferred.
