REQUIRED: Financial Services background, 3+ years Scrum Master, Data Development

Establishes and maintains a strong partnership with internal customers to fully understand the business and their business needs.
Strengthen the presence of our team as an Agile center of excellence. Actively contribute to the company's Agile and Product Community. Keep the rest of the company network aware of our activities.
Inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction (Product/Agile/DevOps))

Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred: Certified Scrum Master or similar certification or Master's degree in a related field

4-6 years in a lead role on projects, scrum teams, and/or business lead initiatives, at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or related experience
Experience in a delivery role other than a Scrum Master, such as a Product Owner, Engineer/Developer, or Project Manager.
Understand fundamentals of iterative development, software development process and procedures .
Expertise with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Passion and understanding of new technology and trends.
Excellent communication, collaboration and influence skills among all organizational levels; strong facilitation and executive communications skills.

Experience in leading agile teams in SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban contexts
Strong ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicting priorities.
Experience managing essential risk mitigation activities including identification, tracking, follow-up, escalation, and contingency planning on risks, issues
Demonstrates mastery of software development processes and procedures, including test driven development, incremental development approaches and technical change management.
Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate product teams, even outside direct reporting relationships.
Experience developing and implementing initiative and product level performance metrics
Experience working in large, complex organizational initiatives
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite with particular emphasis on Excel
Adept at financial management to administer budgets across multiple products and ensure the product meets its requirements for return on investment.

·No direct personnel supervisory responsibility, however, supervises large complex product teams with cross-functional team members
