Our client, a non-profit organization that promotes equity, safety, and inclusion, is seeking a TTP HR generalist to join their team in NYC. In this role, you will be responsible for running the daily functions of the HR department, which includes talent acquisition and management, performance management, enforcing CCI policies, compensation and administering pay, benefits, employee relations, and leave. They will interact with staff and management at all different levels regarding HR issues and functions. The ideal candidate will be able to provide guidance on staff development, talent acquisition processes by reviewing and assisting managers, and assist with compensation review and assessment for new and existing roles. - Bachelor's degree required
- 4-6+ years' of related experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire to be collaborative with others in a problem-solving environment
The salary range for this role is $33-38/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
