Beacon Hill Staffing is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist for our client in Vinings, Ga. This position is contract to perm, in office, schedule is M-F 8 am to 5 pm and proof of Covid 19 vaccination is a requirement.

Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Responsible for recruiting open positions and first round interviews. Once candidate is selected, this position will be responsible for on-boarding. Assist with administration of payroll, worker's compensation, vacation/PTO tracking, employee data collection, processing and analysis.

Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)

• Manages the recruitment talent program
• Develops and places recruitment ads; plans recruitment strategies
• Screens applicants and makes hiring recommendations.
• Schedules interviews with prospective supervisors.
• Works with payroll personnel to assure that all forms required of new employees are completed.
• Follows all standards required by all applicable federal, state and other laws and regulations.
• Advises managers about discipline, discharge and related employmentmatters.
• Assists department heads in planning professional development andtraining programs for employees.
• Assists in the development and implementation of applicable policies andprocedures; processes various labor staffing reports; coordinates softwareapplications to generate required information.
• Completes special tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Administration or related field preferred
• Must be extremely detailed oriented and able to multi-task
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 5 years previous experience recruiting and on-boarding is preferred
