Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking experienced IP litigation attorney candidates for a remote position with a NY-based law firm, assisting with trademark and copyright litigation matters on an on-going, part-time contract basis. The attorney will be assisting with, among other responsibilities, writing cease-and-desist letters, assisting with copyright and trademark litigation discovery and motions, and legal research.
Qualified attorney candidates will be actively licensed to practice in good standing, with at least 3+ years of IP litigation experience (including federal litigation).
