Beacon Hill Legal is seeking experienced legal support candidates for a full-time, on-site, temp-to-hire litigation admin assistant role with an AmLaw 200 firm based in center city Philadelphia. In this role, the candidate will be joining a fast-paced, high-volume commercial litigation practice, working very closely with the practice group partner on a daily basis.
Responsibilities will include heavy calendaring, answerign client calls, drafting documents and correspondence. Qualified candidates must have at least 5+ years' worth of litigation support experience, as well as expereince with federal and PA state e-filing practices.
