Our client, a very successful law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Receptionist to support their busy office!

About You:

• High School Diploma required.
• One year of a multi-line switchboard or similar experience required
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses superb written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)

The Job

• Answer incoming calls and route calls to the appropriate party.
• Manage conference room scheduling, room set-up, a/v, and manage booking software.
• Enter new hires, guests, clients, contractors, and food deliveries into the building security system.
• Other admin duties as assigned

This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that pays between $23/hour-26/hour and converts to a salary of $57K.
