Responsibilities

• Implement complex new products and services for the business
• Supervise cross functional teams on
• Analyze requirements and gather requirements needed for implementation. Understand current processes utilized by end users
• Creates/builds solutions themselves or works with 3rd party to accomplish product/solution that will be implemented to the business
• Design and document to be process for end user
• Assess and document requirements while adhering to established procedures
• Identifies and troubleshoots problems with implementation or efficiency of new solutions
• Demonstration and training on new products and services for the business.
• Verify solution is performing as expected after implementation
• Utilize data provided to establish specific information needed for end solution. Coordinates data for validation in testing environments
• Works on multiple items/projects simultaneously.
• Serve as escalation point for challenges and issues and establish resolutions in timely manner. Ensures that the resolution is positive outcome for business
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with project team members as well as business or end users
• Serve as product expert for multiple systems in portfolio.
• Collaborate with different team and department members in analyzing solutions/features
• Create needed test scripts for testing of new application/product.
• Pursue training of new technologies that will be utilized by the company and become an expert in these new technologies
• Ability to run small to medium projects with no or minimal assistance
