Engineering Technician T3/T4 (Fully onsite) compensation: up to $100K

30-person Real Estate Property Management company with locations in Charlestown and Everette, dealing with government contracting buildings and office space - they manage buildings for the DoD, Border Patrol, District Attorney's, etc. They oversee over 140 buildings and have several on the East Coast as well and are based in Chicago.

YOUR CAREER GOALS

To join a company serving industries of great significance to upholding our country. Building on your engineering experience, you will serve as a key member to ensure operations run successfully at various properties, working independently to handle the problems at hand.

YOUR AMAZING QUALITIES

You're passionate about engineering and bringing a "jack of all trades" approach to problem solving. You can operate as a point person for all building maintenance issues. You have 5+ years of related experience. You have a vast skillset that includes the following:

• Experience working in mid-high rise buildings
• engineering knowledge/capability in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting/plastering, masonry, machine servicing, HVAC, etc.

And if you have current or previous holding of:

• a security clearance

...that is certainly a plus!

You must also be able to display excellent interpersonal & communication skills here - they are absolutely essential to getting the job done right!
