Our client is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to add to their team. This person will be designing, installing and monitoring the enterprise wide security software and devices. The day to day of the role will be both support and project work. This person will need to be a collaborative, team player, who is willing and able to take the lead on conversations with teams across the company. They will be working on both network and server systems, incident response and security engineering. Because this is a senior position, this person should have 5+ years of experience in security engineering and security certifications are a plus but not mandatory. They will be working in an agile environment using tools like Splunk, Rapid 7 and Recorded Future. They will be involved in the entire lifecycle of new security technologies from research through implementation.

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience working in cyber security
Working knowledge using open source security tools
Experience working in cloud infrastructure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on several companywide initiatives at once
Advanced knowledge in security engineering, configuring tools, and network/servers
Experience working in agile environment

Desired Skills:
Security certifications including but no limited to CEH, Sec+, CISSP, etc.
Knowledge of PCI and SOX
Experience of E-commerce, supply chain processes and retail processes
Experience in leading or mentoring a team
