Payroll/HR Generalist
- We process about 135 employees weekly…multi-state, garnishments, taxes, etc. all in our HRIS/Payroll system (Paycor).
- Manage the compensation program by assisting with salary reviews and compensation planning to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
- Process employee timecards and weekly payroll for exempt and nonexempt employee population.
- Prepare payroll and HR reporting as required on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
