We are working with an AmLaw firm who is seeking an associate with 3+ years of health care litigation experience for its New York or DC office. This position will work in a hybrid work set up and be paid top of scale!
Candidates should have a strong complex litigation background and experience representing healthcare companies and providers in investigations, enforcement actions, and related commercial litigation.
Qualifications
- JD or LLM from an ABA‑accredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission in NY, or DC
- 3+ years of complex litigation experience; FCA experience preferred
- Excellent writing, organizational, and teamwork skills
