Comprehensive Health Benefits Package
Full-time, benefits-eligible employees have access to comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans through Beacon Hill. We offer the same benefits package to our contractors that we do for our internal employees, ensuring everyone access to quality care.
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
Contractors employed through Beacon Hill also have access to Health Savings Accounts, enabling you to put money aside on a pre-tax basis to pay for medical expenses. Our HSA plans allow for single and family contribution, and unused funds at the end of the year will roll over.
Optional 401(k) Plans
Beacon Hill offers both Traditional and Roth 401(k) plans to contractors. These plans allow employees to allocate a portion of their pay, from 0% to 90%, towards investment options to help them save for retirement.
Easy Payroll and Benefits Administration
All Beacon Hill employees can access paystubs, enroll in benefits, sign up for direct deposit, obtain year-end tax forms, and much more on our Payroll and Benefits System through Ceridian Dayforce. Our system is also accessible through the Dayforce mobile app, making it easier than ever for contractors to view and manage their benefits and pay information.
Travel Discounts
Beacon Hill employees are eligible for Emerald Club membership through our partnership with National Car Rental and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Members receive benefits including the ability to bypass the counter when reserving a car at participating locations, eligibility for discounted rates on leisure travel, and earning Free Car Days and rewards points.
