Admin support role liaising between Operations, Shippers, and our automotive clients to update systems, validate information, review data quality and problem solving.
* Monitoring purchase order statuses in client's system (MGO)
* Updating shipment details and statuses in client's system based on transit times
* Resolves ASN discrepancies through report analysis
* Export documentation validation and compliance
* Working with non-compliant part suppliers to improve data and document flow
* Reporting supplier non-compliance to the client
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
* Analyzing shipments through generating macro data reports
* Work both independently and collaboratively to problem solve data issues in Order Mgmt system and MGO
